1. Launch subscribe window. Notice that the progress meter/bar is missing. Build and platfomr: Today's commercial build on Linux and Mac. Windows OK.
Assuming this is simple fix, less risk fix nominating for nsbeta3. This use to work last week. Something broke over the weekend.

Need to see the fix in order to evaluate the risk. This is not a P1 or P2, so I can't plus it right now. It may be possible to get an exception if the risk is truly very low.

is this all skins?
I see this only in Modern and Blue skins. Classic is OK.
it's probably skin / jar related. I'll investigate.
