After uninstalling, installing, or updating an add on, my toolbar and any add on buttons disappear, and it goes to the default one.

those are installed. though the problem appears with only "Menu Editor 1.2.6" i think.

Steps to Reproduce:
Install the above add-ons i guess?
Actual Results:  
it reset my toolbars as i described.

Expected Results:  
not reset it.
