If you middle-click on tab in the tabs toolbar, it closes the tab.
But, if you middle-click on a free space in the tabs toolbar, it reopens previously closed tab instead opening a new one.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close a tab (middle-click or close button)
2. Middle-click on the toolbar to restore this tab
Actual Results:
Middle-click on the toolbar restores a previously closed tab.
Expected Results:
Middle-click on the toolbar should open a new tab.
I found that problem was from addon TabMixPlus.
I submitted another ticket about middle click and history menu, and it's also linked to this addon.

AFAIR this is an expected behavior of the TabMixPlus Addon. But cannot find the information in the release notes. As given by the reporter this bug is invalid.
