When Firefox is in fullscreen mode and you run a fullscreen Flash video, Firefox will be placed behind the dock and menubar when you exit the Flash fullscreen mode.
Steps:
1. Switch into fullscreen mode via Cmd+Shift+F
2. Play any Flash movie
3. Switch the flash movie into fullscreen mode and press ESC to return to
normal mode
After step 3 you will see that the menu bar is overlaying the Firefox window.
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2a2pre)

Able to reproduce with this build.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Flash Video from youtube.

After Step 3 : Menu bar is covering the Firefox window url bar. Exit firefox from Full screen mode and enter Full screen mode again to see the url bar.
