532197 - Move proxy info to FAQ, Setup, or Hidden Prefs, and remove the Proxies page

The proposed reworking of the Help section from CL reminded me that our proxies page is a joke; it's an entire page for essentially one set of four hidden prefs for overriding Mac OS X proxy stuff.

We should add a note to Setup or FAQ about proxy support ("we use the system prefs; if you need to override, see the hidden prefs") and move the hidden prefs you have to set to override to the Hidden Prefs page.  Then the silly Proxies page, one of the last holdovers of the pre-0.9 website, can meet its maker.

Now at http://caminobrowser.org/documentation/faq/#cust_proxy and http://caminobrowser.org/documentation/hiddenprefs/#CustomProxies, with a .htaccess rule redirecting /documentation/proxy/ to /documentation/faq/ (htaccess can't redirect to anchors, and faq seemed more appropriate than the evil that is hidden prefs).
