after start TB 3.0 RC2 + Lightning 1.0b1pre this message shows:

the same message show when I try create new local calendar.

(winXP + sp3 and winXPSP2 in VM clear instalation TBRC2 too)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install TB RCF2 + Lightning 1.0b1pre
2. run TB
OR 
1. try create new local calendar.
Actual Results:  
error message (above)

Expected Results:  
normal work e.g. correct work with local calendars and possibility to create local new calendar without error.

my old calendars was read only after update to TB3 RC2 and lightning
