Bug 533424 is causing the windows TB 3.1/1.9.2 to pretty much constantly fail on make check. I've therefore removed --enable-jemalloc from the build configs, so at least we can fully assess the status of the xpcshell tests from that platform. http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/rev/376d1dd5fb1b Once we figure out a fix to bug 533424 we should put the line back in.
