Always being forced to install addons like OpenBook. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install fresh Firefox 2. Add a bookmark 3. Try to resize the dialog Actual Results: Not able to resize the dialog. Expected Results: The dialog should be resizeable.
