Details

Currently each platform has a set of images and icons, but the names and usages differ between each platform. Instead, we should create a small library of commonly used and consistently named icons. Thus application and extension authors could rely on certain icon uri names being available and meaning a certain thing.

For example, closebuttons, arrows, star icons, help, plus, minus, etc.
The toolkit/themes/shared/icons and browser/themes/shared/icons dirs provide this.
