All add-on is disabled after Firefox is restarted. Updating extension failed to become updated. Upon Restarting Firefox. Add-on Manager request for further restarting of Firefox.

Steps to Reproduce:
Possible Steps:
1.Update Java Console
2.Add-on manager ask user to Restart Firefox 
3.Firefox restarted
4.Add-on Manager ask user to restart Firefox.(Hence the bug)

Actual Results:  
all add-on are disabled. Not possible to enable Extension/theme. All buttons for add-on are gone. Not possible to go into option of the extension(like Colortab) in the add-on manager.

Expected Results:  
All add-on are enabled. Possible to disable/enable any extension/theme. All Button added in the toolbar by the extension remain. Possible to go into the option of the extension in the add-on manager.

There appears to be 2 add-on asking for the restart of Firefox, Java Console 6.0.17 and McAfee SiteAdvisor 2.9. 

Java Console requested restart because it wants to be updated. 

McAfee SiteAdvisor requested restart because it want to be uninstalled. 

I uninstalled McAfee Security Suite(including this add-on) using the Program and feature just now, however I did not restart Firefox to completely remove this add-on. 


Actual Step that I did: 

1. Close Firefox 3.6 beta 4 
2. Open Minefield 3.7preaplha. (I saw that MY add-on are disabled in here already; Normally they[persona, session manager,etc] are enabled)
3. Update Minefield.
4. Restarted Minefield
5. Close Minefield
6. Open Firefox 3.6 beta 4 
7. Saw the bug.

I solve the problem by Opening Firefox 3.5.5 and restarting Firefox with it. 
and the problem is solved the add-on came back enabled. 

But I think there is still something wrong with the add-on manager in Firefox 3.6 beta.

Do you have the extensions.checkCompatibility preference set to false?

Sorry. The bug is still there. 

Even though all of the add-on are enabled, add-on manager still prompt user to
Restart Firefox. If you restart Firefox again, it will still prompt you to
Restart Firefox. Some Add-on still cannot work properly.

I didn't go into about:config and change anything. 

I have 3 version of Firefox in my computer. (3.5.5/3.6b4 /3.7prea1)

extensions.checkCompatibility;false
extensions.checkCompatibility.3.6;false
extensions.checkCompatibility.3.6b;false
extensions.checkCompatibility.3.7a;false

It seems that all are set to false

Found additional errors

I shut down my computer. After few hours, I turned on my computer. 
It was found that Java Console is not updated and the McAfee SiteAdvisor is not uninstalled. 

However they did not prompt Restart Firefox in the add-on manager. 

However, Add-ons are still disabled. 

I tried to update my add-ons, it was found that session manager need to be updated. I updated it. However it fails to update, 

Firefox prompt me:

Firefox could not install the file at 

http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/addons/2324/session_manager-0.6.7.4-fx+sm.xpi

because: Unexpected installation error
Review the Error Console log for more details.
