Do you see an error message in Thunderbird ?

Can you produce an smtp log as described at https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging and attach it here using the add attachment link above ?

Does it happen with all your email or a particular one ?

What was the siez of the attachment you were trying to send ?

Hi, how are you can help me?
Do you have any anti viruses on your machine?
yes. dr.web, i close him and bug the same....
have any ideas of something?
is there anyone alive?
There something in your computer interrupting connection. Can you try send mail with different server like yandex? This maybe some specific configuration in mail.ru related.
I'm moderator in Mozilla italian forum and we're having some reports similar to this one: some users get timeout error while trying to send messages with attachment.

This happens also with very small attachments and the logs don't show anything strange, just end after

0[1827140]: SMTP entering state: 0
0[1827140]: SMTP Response: 354 End data with <CR><LF>.<CR><LF>
0[1827140]: SMTP entering state: 7
0[1827140]: SMTP entering state: 8

The reports are related to different SMTP servers and users have different antivirus programs.
I bought a new network card, and through it come out in the 'Net.
And I'm so far this error has not noticed ...
Apparently the problem was in collaboration network card driver and software thunderbird.
If the developers find a way out of the situation, it will be very good ...

I can write a model of the motherboard, network devices and what it installed the driver.
sounds llike log didn't reveal anything and tesstcase is gone, so incomplete
