In bug 530851, we added "Mobile Support" to the header, but not to the footer. This bug is about fixing that along with making the "Firefox Support" URL absolute.
FTR, this patch also applies successfully to trunk. Should we commit there too? If so, then perhaps we should update the desktop header as well.
