The one case I keep in mind is aria-level is supposed to work on certain amount of ARIA roles (http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/aria/states_and_properties#aria-level). The same is applicable to aria-setsize and aria-posinset as well. We could find other cases I think. The bug could sort of meta bug if it will require a lot of changes.
