This is needed as groundwork for implementing Bug 534628: Implement intelligent "leave messages on server" default settings for POP3 accounts, based on storage quota size on server ToDo: - add a field for the size of server storage quota to ISPDB (both for POP and IMAP, me might use this lateron for other nice things) - populate the field with quota data from ISPs (research) - figure out some way of translating the quota size into adequate default settings, should not be hard-coded, but also data-based
