The Add-on Manager's error reporting is horrible. Recycling a couple screenshots: attachment 366042 [details] attachment 291478 [details] Ideally, it'd just not suck and tell the user what's wrong. (bug 443628) At far least it should be pointing them to the SUMO page on the topic: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Unable+to+install+add-ons Way too many users hit these errors and can't seem to find that page until someone in the SUMO forum or on Bugzilla points them there.
