We should have a shared module for the addons manager as I have stated a while back. Lets get this done...

Alright. That was a hard way to do. But now we have a neat shared module related to addons. Enhancement can still be made. But for now it should be sufficient I hope.
I have updated all tests which rely on addons so you can see how the API works. Documentation will be updated when everything has been checked in.

And a side note: This patch is for 1.9.2 only. It needs some small modifications for 1.9.1. I will do those once this one got r+.

We have to refactor the API to match our other API's. That's why all documentation work will be done when bug 536730 has been fixed.

Mass move of Mozmill Test related project bugs to newly created components. You can filter out those emails by using "Mozmill-Tests-to-MozillaQA" as criteria.
