I noticed that the interface referenced in http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/embedding/components/ui/progressDlg/nsProgressDialog.js#81 is dead. Gavin confirms that this component is not used by anything and there were informal plans to get rid of it. Note: this bug combines two of my favourite areas: startup & dead code.
