Details

Now that we generate method definitions in .cpp files, we've broken the class definition dependency cycle that required the IProtocolManager hack to break. No reason to keep this crud around.
This actually makes implementing bug 540111 somewhat easier, so WONTFIX might be in this bug's future ...
