Automatic NTLM proxy authentication via our corporate proxy server no longer works. You need to login to the proxy server manually (authentication popup) to be able to browse the internet.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new profile
2. Enter proxy settings under Tools->Options->Advanced->Network->Connection Settings
3. Try to browse some site e.g. www.mozilla.org
Actual Results:
Proxy server Authentication window appears
Expected Results:
Do not prompt for proxy authentication, just show the internet site
This is a regression, the nightly from 14-12-2009 works fine (build from http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-1.9.2/rev/72daa308d3a6)
The nightly from 15-12-2009 fails (build from http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-1.9.2/rev/e2a652b99570)
It looks like bug 533529 caused this problem

Have you tested today's nightly, a patch landed yesterday to address a bug in that patch.
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-1.9.2/
Or this could be bug 535193.

I've tested with today's nightly. The problem is gone!
Thanks for the quick fix.
