Build Identifier: 3.5.6
The browser appears to no longer cache proxy credentials.
This problem occurs in Firefox 3.5.6 beta and 3.5.6 release. The problem has not occurred in 3.5.5. Connection Settings: Automatic proxy config URL. Proxy script works fine after rolling back to Firefox 3.5.5.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Firefox 3.5.6
2.Browse to any website.
3. Rollback to Firefox 3.5.5
Actual Results:
Cannot browse anywhere without entering a proxy user name and password multiple times.
Connection Settings: Automatic proxy config URL. (Please note that our company's proxy config script is rather long.) This problem occurs on several Win XP machines in our office.
