Pan down the page to a link either at the bottom or middle of the page 2. Hold down ctrl and click on any link on viewable area of the page Actual Results: A new tab will open in the background, but the curent page will jump to the pop-up ("new tab opened") Expected Results: The current page should not jump to the pop-up when a new tab is opened in the background.
