There should be the ability to launch the plug-in check from the add-on manager.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to tools > Add-on Manager > Plugins
Actual Results:
There was no button to run update check for plugins
Expected Results:
There should be the option like in the Firefox add-on manager to check plugin versions.
