Bookmark dropped from location bar not titled

Details
When I drop a bookmark from the location bar icon (drag the page with bookmark
icon and drop it in the Bookmarks panel), it is given a title that is just the
URL. But when I restart Mozilla (M17) that bookmark has a blank title.
When I drop one and then go straight to it and right click to get the context
menu, the menu will not pop up. It does pop up when I click other bookmarks,
but not for the bookmark I just created.
