If client.ident.addNetwork throws some error (e.g. port in use, port not allowed) we display the generic "you don't have server sockets" message thanks to bug 495363 (which was better than failing auto-perform, of course!). We should at least show a message that says it *failed* and probably include the exception as with other cases.
