Work to fix Build-VPN is being done as part of ServerOps fixing DNS problem and in bug#577560 and bug#577559.
Nothing left to do here - closing.

Lets close this as INVALID as the work is being retargeted in other bugs. FIXED implies we actually did something in this bug (rather than the deps).
