536484 - Can't open new window but firefox still registers that I opened a new window

I can't open new windows, even when I press ctrl+n. When I attempt to restart firefox, it thinks that I did open the windows so it won't allow me to save my tabs and quit.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close firefox without saving tabs.
2. Restart computer.
3. Open up firefox and try to open a new window. Then try to close and save tabs.
Actual Results:  
Firefox failed to open new windows or save my tabs once the "new window" opens.

Expected Results:  
I expected the bug to go away, or at least allow me to save my tabs.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 4 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
