In the example website, when you click on solve by steps a dialog comes up that blocks the ability to switch to another tab in the same window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a site that opens a dialog box.
2. Attempt to click on another tab in same window.

Actual Results:  
Computer dings and the border of the dialog box flashes/

Expected Results:  
Other tab is switched to.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
