Pages with sound are often very, very disturbing. Please add a function who manage sounds:
on restore .... all sounds are off
in the normal use: choice between no sound on opening a page (by a setting in the options) and "loading page sound on" when the page opens and for each tab: a choice for the tab: 1 no sound, 2 sound only when the tab is the active Tab 3 sound also when the tab is NOT active. (the last choice is for interest when you run a tv streaming in the background and want to hear the sound also when you work on other pages). Multiple sounds from multipole pages are not for interest.

on systems with low RAM it is often not possible to stop the sound on restore. Some pages do also restore from a not wanted place. I think you must also consider these remarks for the downloading of files ... when the system crashes, some downloads will restart also when they was done.
