Attachment: adds uk to all-locales

The translation effort on Seamonkey is close to being completed, please add uk to all-locales so I will get nightly builds and dashboard view.

Requesting review won't speed up adding a locale.

I need to find time to do some checks on the L10n files, and then I will add it. I just didn't work that much over the holidays.

Please remove the actual google/jeeves/dmoz .src and .png files from http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.1/uk/file/tip/suite/searchplugins as they will be pulled from en-US automatically if not present in the localization and we don't want lots of identical copies of them around.

When that is done, we can add this localization.

please switch from add-ons.mozilla.org to add-ons.mozilla.com in http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.1/uk/file/tip/suite/chrome/branding/brand.properties or else users
get a certificate errors when trying to e.g. get new themes from the view menu.

zh-CN added to suite/locales/all-locales in http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/comm-1.9.1/rev/ec96adae912d - SeaMonkey buildbots will start to report on http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Mozilla-l10n-uk from now on (only when suite L10n changes are pushed on your side right now, until bug 537329
is fixed) and produce nightlies and langpacks that are put into http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-1.9.1-l10n/
