***Overview Description: 

	If you have a folder on your personal toolbar eg. bookmarks. All of the
items within that folder will be underlined, including any submenuitems. This
only occurs in the Classic skin on Windows and Mac.

***Steps to Reproduce: 

1) Create a non-empty folder on the Personal Toolbar. You may accomplish
this by going to Edit|Preferences. In the 'Navigator' panel under 'Toolbars' you
can select 'Bookmarks'.

2) In your browser window click on the folder in the ptoolbar.


***Actual Results: 

You will notice that all menuitems and any submenuitems are underlined.


***Expected Results: 

None of these should be underlined. Check the modern skin for reference.

***Build Date & Platform Info: 

2000092213 build although this has existed for longer.

DOES NOT OCCUR on Linux RH6 with same build date.
