Storing to import in .json file when Firefox(or all system) reinstall is useless because this format not stores bookmarks icons. Better would be export it to html but if import this way not replace but join to old menu and I can't choose branch.
I can't remove all menu to add new menu from html.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Ctrl+Shift+B
2.Make backup as .json
3.Reinstall Firefox
4.Restore from .json
or
1.Ctrl+Shift+B
2.Export to html
3.Import from html
Actual Results:  
Restore from .json - no icons
Import from html - only add to existing

Expected Results:  
Restore from .json - bookmarks have icons
Import from html - can replace bookmarks
