Build id: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux armv7l; en-US; rv:1.9.2pre) Gecko/20100108 Namoroka/3.6pre Fennec/1.1a1pre Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to www.digg.com 2. After page load, pan as quickly as you can in one swipe with the initial mousedown on an element 3. Reload the page 4. After page load, pan as quickly as you can in one swipe with the initial mousedown on an empty portion of the page Actual Results: Panning is slower in step 2 than step 4. Expected Results: Since panning was the point of my swipe, panning should be the same. Whether I'm on an element or am not, should not matter.
