Many of our <command>s have label attributes for now good reason. We should removed them where appropriate.
If this is still wanted, here it is.

We actually started using the labels for some commands (notably editing commands) and may move some commands to the Android menu, which would need the labels.
I am WONTFIXing this for now. We can take a look when the dust settles.
