I set keyword.url = (nothing)
I set keyword.enabled = false
It doesn't stop the problem
On restart of Firefox keyword.url is set to ask.com
and keyword.enabled = true
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to keithvb.com
2.click dminfo.link
Actual Results:
A moved to new url message appear that is quickly overwritten
by the ask.com search results
Expected Results:
should stop at moved to new url message

Is your ISP doing DNS error redirecting? If so, they could be directing you to a search page. This is outside of firefox's control and you need to ask to opt-out of this.

It could be also caused by an installed Toolbar
