We have *throttled* FF3.0.17-to-3.5.7 Major Update available for users who
manually CheckForUpdates. According to today's release meeting
(http://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases) we will unthrottle that major
update today/tomorrow and prompt users.
Filing this bug to track.

unthrottle 3.0.17, and set throttle for upcoming 3.0.18

done
Tagged webtools/aus with AUS2_RTM_201001131347 and moved AUS2_PRODUCTION to rev 1.60.
Ready for IT push bug at 6pm PST.

Done. And verified on my spare home computer that the MU dialog box does pop up as expected, when expected :-)
