a. window can scroll by mouse wheel on the movie pane.
b. Comment pane can scroll by mouse wheel on the comment pane.

However, Firefox 3.6 and Minefield 3.7a1pre is
a. window can *NOT* scroll by mouse wheel on the movie pane.
b. Comment pane can scroll by mouse wheel on the comment pane.

2.GO http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm2555194 (*Japanese , You *MUST* log in by free account)
3.Scroll by mouse wheel

Actual Results:  
a. window can *NOT* scroll by mouse wheel on the movie pane.
b. Comment pane can scroll by mouse wheel on the comment pane.

Expected Results:  
a. window can scroll by mouse wheel on the movie pane.
b. Comment pane can scroll by mouse wheel on the comment pane.
