In czech keyboard layout on Mac OS X (standard application) - key combinations: Alt+"1-9" prints "!@#$%^&*()". 

In Firefox on Mac OS X - key combinations: Alt+"1-9" does "Switch tab to tab 1-9" (the same as Cmd+"1-9" key combinations)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Switch to czech keyboard layout in Mac OS X
2.Open some tabs in Firefox
3.Press Alt+2
4.Press Cmd+3

Actual Results:  
Result for step 3: --- Switch to tab number 2
Result for step 4: --- Switch to tab number 3

Expected Results:  
Result for step 3: --- Write "@"
Result for step 4: --- Switch to tab number 3
