I often save files in private browsing. After I close private browsing and return to normal mode and then select files for eg. uploading, the folder I used to save files in private mode is opened. The folder is not remembered when saving files in normal mode, just uploading.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to private browsing mode
2. Save a file to a special directory
3. Go back to normal mode
4. Select files for uploading (eg. upload a picture to an image hosting site)
Actual Results:  
The folder you saved your files in private browsing is opened when you start selecting files for uploading.

Expected Results:  
The default folder for selecting files should have been opened.
