About 50% of the time, the "Download Java plugin" popup window contains a large
advertisement that pushes the download-java links off the edge of the page.
This makes it difficult to download Java.
You may need to delete "none" entries from
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Netscape\Netscape Navigator\Default Plugin
using regedit.exe in order to make the popup appear (bug 41334).
Test pages:

Other problems on the popup pages:
- Shouldn't have ads, because people hate popup ads. There will be plenty of
room to show ads and "click here!" 's once the user gets to netcenter.
- If ads are completely necessary, the ad links need to be target="_blank".
- They ignore the possibility that the user is using font-size scaling (ctrl-J
or ctrl-K).
