Firefox added a context type option to the end of the url for checking for updates of extensions - we should do the same to help improve stats for our add-ons as well.

Ports the update url change to SM and TB (I'm currently waiting to find out from Fallen what we should do wrt SB). I tested this by setting extensions.logging.enabled to true and doing a manual find updates. Automated tests not really possible as we'd have to change the url in the pref or have complex proxy set ups on our build machines.

Checked in: http://hg.mozilla.org/comm-central/rev/127cfce2f2e8 I spoke to Fallen on irc and it sounds like Sunbird on trunk will probably stop being developed/maintained, so not going to port there for now. He's aware of this bug and can always pick it up later.
