Some localized builds of Firefox 3.6 RC2 are still shipping with the copyright date of 1998-2009.

That's not a problem, still.
This has been discussed over and over, until we have the copyright dates outdated by 70 years, it doesn't really matter.
If you intend to file bugs, filing bugs per localization is OK, of course.
