Warning message is displayed even after unchecking all the warning messages in warning messages section in Preferences > Security tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Preferences from Firefox > Preferences 
2. Click on Security Tab
3. Click on the Settings button in the Warning Messages section
4. Uncheck any and all the checkboxes
5. Close the Preferences window
6. Navigate to https://www.verisign.com
7. Using the webpage's search box, search for "mozilla"

Actual Results:  
Warning message is displayed as soon as search button is clicked. "Security Warning Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party. Are you sure you want to continue sending this information?"


Expected Results:  
No security warnings should appear
