Check out this URL and you will see what I mean:

This is brand new in Firefox 3.6. Previous version of Firefox did not have this problem
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit the URL noted above.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
The bottom of the image is not shown, and the bottom of what is shown bounces
Expected Results:
It should display the complete window. Other browsers - Safarai, Chrome, Opera - have no trouble rendering it correctly, so I don't think it's the webcam. As I said, this appeared as soon as I installed Firefox 3.6.
Mac OS X 10.6.2
2 x 3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
8 GB RAM
32-bit mode
Thank you so very much for any assistance you can provide. I love Firefox!

Some links of public cams with the same problem <http://85.194.140.154/> and <http://200.34.194.58/cgi-bin/guestimage.html>. The cams are all from Mobotix.

Also, ensure you update all your plugins (Flash, Reader, java, quicktime, etc) to the latest version available on the vendor's website.

This bug has had the CLOSEME tag for several weeks and the date in the tag is
far gone. If the reporter can still see this issue, Please retest with Firefox
