Attached patch removes the following interfaces from HttpChannelChild:

nsIRequestObserver
nsIStreamListener
nsICacheListener
nsITransportEventSink
nsIProtocolProxyCallback
nsIAuthPromptCallback.

These were cut-and-paste inherited from nsHttpChannel, but biesi assures me we won't need them in the child channel.
