crash after opening new browser window and closing it again immediately

To reproduce:
1. Press Ctrl-N in a browser window to open a new window,
2. press Ctrl-W when that new window is visible,
3. notice that Mozilla crashes.
I didn't release the Ctrl-key between 1 and 2, and I haven't tried yet
whether that makes a difference.
I'm using build 20000924 on Win-NT at the moment and I also sent out
a talkback report about that crash.

I just checked it out and Mozilla also crashes when I release the Ctrl-key and
even when I wait a few seconds between step 1 and 2.
