User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; de; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: bugzilla 3.4.4 We are using bugzilla for years now and have added some really usable features, on of them is "text templates": * When creating or editing a bug, the user can use a pre-defined text template for a new comment by selecting it from a dropdown-box (which is located directly above the comment textarea). * in the section administration a text template can be added, deleted, modified or disabled. * a text template consists of a short summary and the text. * if a text template's summary is equal to a product's name, then this template is chosen automatically when creating a new entry for this product. Reproducible: Didn't try the feature "automatic selection of a template" would be solved better, if you could define (on product or even component level) what template should be used.
