542001 - The 'end' button (control + right arrow) to get to the end of a sentence in Gmail doesn't work in Firefox

I would use firefox anyday over Safari except for when composing a message in my gmail account I can't use the 'end' button (control + right arrow). Please could it be made so this works, so that I can use firefox for all my web browsing. It makes a big difference. thank you.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Write a sentence in a gmail 'compose email' 
2.put the cursor in the middle of sentence or paragraph to edit something
3.then press (control + right arrow) to get to the end of the line and it doesn't work
Actual Results:  
nothing, just adjusted my typing behaviour

Expected Results:  
It should have let me use the shortcuts to get to the end of my sentence:)

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

You can also try to reproduce in Firefox 4 Beta 8 or later, there are many improvements in the new version, http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
