If the window is large enough that scrollbars aren't drawn, the page paints
incorrectly (table border and bgcolor not drawn, full outline of textbox not
drawn, etc). Covering the page completely with another window and then alt-
tabbing back fixes it.

I haven't seen this bug for a while. I think this bug should be verified on
the major platforms, though.
