Steps to Reproduce:
1. Populate your bookmarks with tags
2. Click on the url bar
3. Search for a tag that will bring up a result
4. Press the down button to go to an entry
5. try to press up to go back to the url bar

Actual Results:
The up button goes to the bottom entry instead of the url bar and there's no way to go back to the search term you entered to edit it

Expected Results:
If I press up or cycle through the entire list, I should be able to get to the url bar and edit the entry I typed in.
