in the application VMware Infrastructure Web Access when i try to open a console there a error 

Remote console plug-in error
cannot access virtual machine console the request time out
the attempt to acquire a valid session ticket for "name of the machine" took longer then expected blablabla...

the previous version of firefox was able to  install the plug-in but not this ont....

Sounds like they need to update their plugins then. Please contact them for support.
